1. Gasoline engine oil supply system common troubleshooting method
Gasoline engine oil supply systems are the most prone to failure. Common faults include no oil, too little mixture, and excessive mixture.

After adding a small amount of gasoline to the carburetor, the machine can be started, but it stops quickly.
No oil in the fuel tank
The tubing is clogged.
Damage to the tubing or tubing joint causes severe oil leakage.
The fuel filter has not been cleaned for a long time or the fuel tank is not cleaned and the oil pipe or filter is blocked.

First check if there is oil in the fuel tank and if the oil switch is open. To find the part of the oil pipeline blockage, generally adopt the method of segment compression, pull the oil pipe from the carburetor, and let the unplugged end be lower than the fuel tank position to check whether the oil pipe is flowing. If there is no oil flowing out, the blocked part can be blown to the oil pipe by the mouth before the oil pipe, and it can generally be dredged. If the oil pipe is flowing, the blockage is in the carburetor. The inside of the carburetor is clogged, and it can be checked by the oil inspection rod. When the oil test rod is pressed, no oil flows out, the plugging point is at the oil inlet, and oil flows out. The plugging point is in the oil hole or the fuel injection pipe. After the blockage is determined, the carburetor can be removed to troubleshoot. Gasoline generators equipped with petrol pumps can also be used to determine the blockage of the oil circuit by pumping oil by hand. If the hand is pumping oil, it feels very light, and the blockage point is after the gasoline pump; when pumping oil by hand, it feels heavy, and the blockage point Before the petrol pump.
(2) The mixture is too thin
The machine is not easy to start. When the throttle is opened after starting, the carburetor has a tempering phenomenon, and it is better when the small damper is closed. The speed is unstable, the power is reduced, the machine temperature is high, and the exhaust sound is loud.
1Cause: The fuel tank to the carburetor is partially blocked or leaking or leaking. The carburetor and the intake pipe, the intake pipe and the body are not tightly combined, causing air leakage. The float chamber oil level is too low. The main oil needle or the idle oil needle is improperly adjusted, and the main oil hole is partially blocked. The petrol pump is not working properly. The fuel filter element is too dirty.

Excessive gas mixture is caused by insufficient oil supply or poor oil flow. If the carburetor has a "tempering" phenomenon, you can close the small damper properly or press the fuel finder to increase the gasoline. If the tempering "tempering" phenomenon disappears, the mixture is too lean and the machine cannot start or When the starting is difficult (other parts of the machine are normal), the spark plug can be removed, a little gasoline can be injected from the spark plug seat hole, and if it can be started after being added to the gasoline, but it is automatically stopped after starting or the damper is automatically opened, the mixing can be confirmed. The gas is too thin. When checking, first check if the fuel tank is empty. The oil switch is open. Is the carburetor installed? Is the connection screw of the carburetor and the cylinder loose? Is the sealing gasket damaged? Is the main oil needle too tight? Before the gasoline engine equipped with a gasoline pump (such as the 1220 gasoline engine) is started, the gasoline pump can be judged to work well by hand pumping oil.
(3) The mixture is too rich
The machine is not easy to start. Remove the spark plug and find carbon or gasoline around the electrode.
The exhaust pipe emits black smoke and has a pungent smell of gasoline.
The speed is unstable, and it is not easy to improve, and the sound is dull.
Insufficient power and increased fuel consumption.
The damper is not open. The air filter is too dirty and the filter is clogged.
The oil level in the float chamber is too high.
The main oil hole is increased due to wear, and the main oil needle is rotated too much and the float ruptures and sinks.
The triangular oil needle is not tightly closed, the oil needle seat is not tightened, and the gasket is broken.

When the mixture is too rich, check the opening of the choke and adjust the needle. If there is no obvious effect, remove the air filter

When all the above methods are invalid, finally remove the carburetor and check the oil level and the measuring hole of the float chamber.
